Boston and Maine Freight Handler
My maternal grandfather, John Michael MCGRATH, was born in Ardfert, County Kerry, Ireland, on April 29, 1871, and came to America in 1897. He lived in Boston and worked as a freight clerk for the Boston and Maine Railroad for 37 years.
