- According to Mickey MCGRATH (#133), Christy deserted from the English army, and drowned trying to escape capture.[S-48]
However, according to Mary Harris[S-277], he lived until at least the 1950's.
He was Anna NEVILLE's godfather. She said that he was a deserter. He never married. She never saw him.
