Know all men by these present that I, Hanna Poor, of West Newbury
in the county of Essex and commonwealth of Massachusetts, being of
sound mind and memory, but knowing the uncertainty of this life, do this
thirtyfirst day of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight
hundred and sixtysix, make and publish this my last will and tes-
tament, in a manner and form following, that is to say:-
First, After the payment by my executrix hereinafter named, of all
just debts and charges against my estate, I give, devise and bequeath
to my niece Olive N. Smith of West Newbury all my estate, both
real and personal, to have and to hold the same to the said Olive
N. Smith, her Reins (?) and assigns to her and their use and behalf forever.
Second, I do nominate and appoint my said niece Olive N Smith to be executrix of this my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal and publish \
