I, Isabelle M. Vogt, of Everett, in the County of Middlesex
and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, do make this my last will and
testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
First. I order all my just debts to be paid as soon as may
be after my decease.
Second. I bequeath to each of the children of my deceased
son, Lucien F.(X) E. Vogt, the sum of One Dollar.
Third. I devise and bequesth all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both
real and personal, to which I may be entitled, or which I may have
power to dispose of at my decease, unto my children, Marcel G.
Vogt, Paul R. Vogt, Isabelle M. Litchfield, Matilda M. Forde, and
Harry L. Vogt, share and share alike, and if any of my said child-
ren mentioned in this clause shall die in my lifetime, leaving is-
sue surviving me, the legacy or share falling to them, shall not
lapse, but shall vest in his or their representative as part of
his or their personal estate.
Fourth. I authorize and empower my executor, or the execu-
tor for the time being of this my will, if and whenever in the
settlement of my estate they deem it advisable, at their or his
discretion to sell the whole or any part of my real or personal
property, at public or private sale, and to execute and deliver
all instruments of transfer and other writings necessary to pass
a proper title thereto.
Fifth. I appoint my son, Marcel G. Vogt aforsaid, to be
the executor of this my will, and I request that he may be exempt
from giving any surety or sureties on his official bond, but in

the event my said son Marcel shall for any reason be unable or
decline to act as executor thereof, then and that event I ap-
point my son, Paul R. Vogt aforsaid, to be the executor of this
my will, and I direct that he be exempt from giving any surety
or sureties on his official bond
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal, this
"twenty ninth" day of "July" in the year nineteen
hundred and fourteen.

On this "-29th-" day of " July " A.D. 1914,
Isabelle M. Vogt, of Everettm Massachusetts, signed and sealed
the foregoing instrument in our presence, declaring it to be her
last will and testament, and as witnesses thereof, we three do
now, at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each
other, hereto subscribe our names, the signature and seal of the
testatrix having been first affixed.
