    Text (59) COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS
    MIDDLESEX, SS. PROBATE COURT
    To "Paul A Vogt"
    of "Everett" in the County of Middlesex
    and Commonwealth aforesaid,

    YOU are appointed guardian of
    "Lucien Eugene Vogt, born July 23, 1898 and
    Albert Adrian Vogt, born Feb 10, 1900
    of said Everett"

    minors,
    with full power and authority to take possession of all real and personal estate of said wards ;
    and
    YOU ARE REQUIRED to make and return to said Probate Court, within three months from
    the date hereof, a true inventory of all the real and personal estate of said ward"s", which at the
    time of the making of such inventory shall have come to your possession or knowledge;
    TO MANAGE AND DISPOSE OF ALL SUCH ESTATE according to law and for the best interests of
    said ward"s", and failthfully to discharge your trust in relation to such estate, and to the custody,
    education and maintenance of said ward"s";
    TO RENDER UPON OATH, a true account of the property in your hands, including the pro-
    ceeds of all real estate sold or mortgaged by you, and of the management and disposition of all
    such property, at least once a year, until your trust is fulfilled, unless excused therefrom in any
    year by said Court;
    AT THE EXPIRATION OF YOUR TRUST, to settle your accounts in said Court, or with said
    ward"s" or "their" legal representative, and to pay over and deliver all the estate and effects
    remaining in your hands, or due from you on such settlement, to the person or persons lawfully
    entitled thereto.
