In the year 1840? after the publication of bans at the church and----------?
at St. Jean St. of France (?) it is despensed today in accordance with the civil department the marriage of Pierre Lucien Dupuis -------------? living at rue Molau No. 10, parish of St Jean St. Francoise, ----------? son of Pierre Sebastien Dupuis, and Genevieve Jeanne Poulain, and -----? Sophie Jacobs, living at rue de la Paix No. 28, daughter of Francoie Jacobs and Emelie Dufour------? the rest is addresses and witnesses, namely, employees, etc.
Sarah is coming down tonight so I will have her and Theresa go over both documents and see if they can translate them.
Sounds to me like the rue de la Paix shop belonged to Isabelle's mother's family. That address is the link I've been looking for.
Looked at nine films today and that's the only thing I found. The french vital records films are easy to look at, as they are divided into sections and indexed at the end of each section as to names in alphabetical order, with numbers beside each name so you can go back and find it. The church records are also indexed, not in alphabetical order, but easy to read nonetheless.
In addition to (Pierre) Lucien Dupuis and Sophie Jacobs, there are Jean Eugene Dupuis (I think it says he is the brother of the infant), Leontine Dupuis, and A G Dupuis.
Pierre is in parenthesis because it's not clear if this says Pierre or frerre. In one place it is caps and in another it's not.

In the year of 1851, the -- of September, was baptized by ys undersigned at the end, Marguerite Isabelle who is the sixth daughter of Pierre Lucien Dupuis and of Aimee Sophie Jacobs his wife who lives on rue de la Paix No. 38, in this parish. The godfather was Jean Eugene Dupuis, the brother of the infant --------------. The godmother, Aimee Leontine Dupuis --------- domicile, of who have signed with us in the absence of the father.
Marriage Certificate:
The year 1840, the 30th of March, after the publication of bans in this church and in the ones of St. John, St. Francis, saw the exemption of the time prohibited of the bans seen approved legally the certificate of the office of the civil states of the first administrative office division of Paris in today's date, ---------------- undersigned have received in this church the mutual consent that they have given for the marriage of Pierre Lucien Dupuis manufacturer of bronze who lived on Molay Street no. 10, parish of St. John, St. Francis of one part, the son of age of Pierre Sabastion Dupuis' and of Genievieve Jeanne Poulain, who married of one part Aimee Sophie Jacob who lived on Paix Street no. 38 in this parish, younger daughter of Francois Jacobs and of Aimee Emelie Dufour who married of one part and had given to themselves the mutual blessing in the presence of the -----( witnesses?) Jean Jacques, Noel Courciere, who manufactured tools, who lived on Juifs Street No.79. Charles Aimee Cassin who lived on Prouvaires Street No.28. Francois Augutte Marle, Jeweler who lived on St. Denil Boulevard, and Jean Simon Rochet employed at the financiers (bank) who lived on Martyre Street No. 48 of these who have signed with us ---------- of this parish.
That's a literal translation. Some of the words may not be exactly right, but the gyst of the meaning is there. At least the names and addresses are there. Some of the street names are hard to read, and may not be spelled right, but it's as close as we could come.
