  Sarasota Herald-Tribune (FL) - March 28, 2000 Deceased Name: Lawrence A. Litchfield Lawrence A. Litchfield, 91, Jacksonville and Englewood, died March 25, 2000. He was born Jan. 24, 1909, in Everett, Mass., and came to Englewood in 1991 from Chelmsford, Mass. He retired after 50 years as an accountant with New England Electric Systems. He was a member of Vesper Country Club in Tyngsboro, Mass., and a member of Chelmsford Center Congregational Church in Chelmsford. He graduated from Bentley College in Boston. Survivors include a daughter, Deborah Reineke of Englewood; a son, Lawrence A. Jr. of Ponte Vedra Beach; a sister, Matilda Fox of York, Maine; a brother, Harold of Peaks Island, Maine; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be private. Burial will be in Cape Cod, Mass. National Cremation Society, Sarasota chapter, is in charge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Florida, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
